Oscar Wezenbeek is an accomplished executive with over three decades of leadership experience in the specialty chemicals industry, currently serving as the Managing Partner of Sage Boardroom Consulting. His expertise in driving growth and profitability in both B2B and B2C markets is complemented by his success in bridging European and Asian business practices. Oscar’s strategic thinking and global change management acumen have been instrumental in chairing publicly listed companies and contributing to joint ventures across vibrant markets in India, Pakistan, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia.
A passionate advocate for sustainability, Oscar has a proven track record of turning around businesses and improving performance in all areas. Oscar’s educational background includes a master’s degree in industrial engineering and business administration from Eindhoven University of Technology, with further executive education from INSEAD, IMD, and Yale University.

Patrik brings more than two decades of international leadership in sales, brand building, and business transformation across the luxury automotive and marine distribution sectors.
Educated at Lund University in Sweden, where he obtained a Master of Science in International Business Administration and an MBA in Strategic Management, he has held senior roles with Koenigsegg, Porsche, McLaren, and Aston Martin. Today, Patrik is also a senior consultant to the executive leadership of Lotus, where he is redefining global distribution models and implementing strategies that enable markets to shift from loss-making operations to profitability.
With expertise in automotive retail, international market strategy, and business transformation, Patrik has established himself as a trusted advisor in Lotus’s journey to become a modern, profitable, EV-led brand. Most recently, he co-owns and leads Technical Marine Pte Ltd, building it into one of the world’s top three OXE engine distributors. Patrik strengthens Sage with deep expertise in global sales consultancy, commercial growth, and aligning global ambition with local execution
